    ordered this product because price was lower. couldn't install because plastic tabs were so soft they bent. can't return because condition is not " unused".

    5.0 running boards pad replacement

    it was difficult at first to look for these pads because my previous pads were all ripped apart. i ordered these pads by chance and it turned out to fit my running boards. i made sure i measured the length and width and counted the pins that goes in the board. i also found out while installing that you won't mess up the orientation of the pads (the label smitty bilt is readable, not upside down). it solved my problem. since they're local, the pads came to my door in two days.

    3.0 Deuterated Set Pads.

    Step purchased looked great and fit well. Issue is they should have not deuterated in the first place. Recommend more effort in developing a stronger product.
