    3.0 Needed major modification for my winch

    I have a Warn Winch, and the handle and fairlead mounting bolt heads on this carrier did not allow clearance to install the winch. I had to weld the handles and fairlead studs on this carrier and cut a section away to allow clearance for the wiring. After all of that, it worked fine. But if I had it to do over again, I’d buy a pre-welded carrier.

    Q: Good evening. Will this cradle accept a Warn Zeon 12 winch? Thanks. Answer this question

    A: I just purchased this, and it WILL NOT fit a Zeon 10. It's not even close enough to modify it. The winch is way to big.

    A: The Smittybilt Winch Cradle part# S/B2811 is recommended for winches up to 12k lbs. The x20 15k winch does have the same bolt pattern as the 12k winch though.
