The XRC Fender Flares are 100% steel construction, for extra durability. Each XRC Fender Flare is powder coated for immediate use and durability or they can be painted to color match your ride. XRC Fenders are streamline designed to help increase suspension articulation while maintaining the street-ability look. Less is more when it comes to XRC Fender Flares, when the OE fender does not meet your needs.
CJ, YJ and TJ to be used with Smittybilt corner guards
These flares were fairly easy to install and give the Jeep a much more aggressive look.
I returned everything i ordered due to the outrageous labor cost they were going to charge to install, not to mention the time it was going to take as well
Already got some rust on driver's side, not even a month old. Disappointed is an understatement.
Hardest part was letting all that sweet OEM plastic go...GME to the moon
They look great and we're pretty easy to install. The only thing I would like to see is a plug and play marker light option. Even if the light was on top of the flare.
These fenders look like the were made in somebody’s garage , they don’t fit well , the instructions are vague ,all in all I’m pretty disappointed with the way they look
Product is as pictured. Easy to install. Arrived fast!
Very high quality and very easy to install. Can’t beat the price and the upgrade to the look of the Jeep after install
Q: Read these are metal on metal when putting them on. Do they come with some type of barrier between this and my car? If not could there be a modification I could order to prevent this. Answer this question
A: I've had these flares for about a year now and there are no issues with the metal to metal both from a rubbing/damage standpoint or noise. They mount inside where the OEM fenders are so it is all in contact with parts that are covered normally. I wouldn't worry and highly recommend.

A: Just metal on metal install is quick and easy might be able to use door edge guard but then it will space it off the fender.

A: No they do not, or do we have anything. You could purchase some thin adhesive backing from a hardware store.

Q: Instructions say you must cut and grind 3 of the brackets from body line is that required?? Or can you install without any cutting? Answer this question
A: I was able to snap the middle and rear brackets off by hand after seeing it on a you tube video and it worked great. I used a sawzall with a short blade to cut the front bracket and used the grinder to smooth the edges since I didn’t trust myself to do the actual cut with the grinder. Worked great

A: It has to be done for installation.

Q: I currently have a 2 and half inch lift and running 35's. Will this swap allow enough room to go 37's without changing my ride height? I'm digging where it sits now. Answer this question
A: I run 35’s on mine with no lift and love how it sits. Started having some rubbing when I’d turn into a steep lot and these were the perfect solution for getting more clearance without having to lift it and change the stance. You should have no problem with 37’s since you already have the lift
Answered by Ron B on 04/20/2021
A: Yes you can clear 37s no problem.

Q: If your Jeep dose not have led package dose it need and adapter Answer this question
A: No you don’t require anything additional. Mine had the non-LED and it works fine. All plug-n-play!
Answered by Mikey from Palos Verdes, CA on 03/08/2021
A: No you do not need an adapter

Q: Do these come equipped with the lights? Plug n play? Also, is there an option to install these and retain the stock wheel well liners perhaps with some trimming? Answer this question
A: I was hoping to be able to reuse the inner liners but it doesn’t work, even with trimming. There is no place to mount the front inners to keep them from sagging because they rely on the stock fenders for that. I was able to trim the rears and they fit but there was a noticeable gap between the top of the liner and the wheel well and they would slap against the tire and the front of the wheel well when I’d drive. I pulled them off because the sound drove me nuts and I was afraid it was gonna come off on the expressway. I bought the smittybilt fender liners and love the look, despite the extra expense and having to bend the drivers side one to fit around the fuel fill tube
Answered by Ron B on 04/20/2021
A: Yes and yes on the lights. We assume yes with trimming though.
